My native language is French. The other languages here are language I learned. I want to correct people in my native language, so I need to be able to filter by French.
You can see there is not French in the list I posted.
OK so I tried again, and it seems the problem is I can’t scroll the dropdown like you. Maybe it’s a bug on my browser (Firefox). I tried on Chrome and I can see the scroll bar just like on your screenshot.

Seems fine on my end on all browsers, could be something on your end on that specific browser.
