I’ve been wondering this for a while.
So every lingq has it’s level from 1 - known. Apparently levels from 1-3 require only one review to go forward (assuming that you get it right twice). Then again, from 4 - learned it seems to be taken several tries.
I assume that this is not a bug as “learned” is the level 4.
Then again, it would be nice if there would be more levels than 1-4, let’s say 6 or 7, until the word is known.
The problem is that I could go to the lessons and and courses view to go through the “review due” but this is a bit hard as you should go through several courses and lessons as this also messes up the view on the front page as the order changes if you go do stuff in the courses.
I would prefer that the vocobulary view you would have 1-7 as levels and you could then filter words by the levels. That would make the word reviews easier to manage.
Another idea
I would like a lot if the “search filter” in the vocobulary would be more “intelligent”. I mean that I can now select that I want statuses on the level 4. Fine. Then I might want to filter all the words from one certain course or a lesson. This way I could focus better on certain areas better, that’s the purpose of filtering.
The problem now is that in the lessons and courses you still have options where you don’t have any words on level 4, for example. You can select it, and one you accept the filters, you get 0 words. This is annoying. This causes me to go and try to find lessong and courses that have words on level 4.
So, my original error was that I left way too many words on level 4 and didn’t make them all the way through, so now I have 4500 words if I only filter with level 4.
These ideas are for your considerations.
