Hello, so this is new (to me.) I’m able to import, in this case I’m importing some podcasts, and I get the transcript and the audio. However, no LingQs or new words show up in the lesson.

We are looking into it. In the meantime, open a lesson > Go to Edit Lesson page > Regenerate lesson and that should fix the problem.

Thanks, I tried your suggestion of regenerating the lesson on two of the lessons that had this problem. It didn’t work on either of them. Another issue associated with this is that I’m unable to click any of the words in these lessons, they appear to be “read only” and “listen only.” So I can’t create lingqs or look words up, etc. It’s almost like the whole page is just a PDF that I can’t get into. Hope this can be resolved!

FWIW I’m having the same issue with 4 new lessons I uploaded just a few days ago, all in the same course. I also tried regenerating the lesson to no avail.
I did try simplifying the lesson just to see what would happen and sure enough THAT version did have new words + lingqs showing up, so logically there should def be more than 0 in the original version.

I just used regenerate again and now it worked, just took a sec. Fingers crossed you already sorted it out for good!

I had success with regenerating this time! I had to walk away and wait because if I tried to view the lesson right away, it didn’t save the regenerated lesson. Had to wait till it said “Saving” for a few minutes and then eventually saved correctly, But yeah, seems fixed!
