Is there any way to import youtube videos which are longer than 90 minutes?

That depends if you need the Transcription.
But the idea is, you split the audio of the youtube video into 2 pieces and then either transcribe both or you use something like the Rooster Editor to see the last caption that went to that point of the audio cut and import both audio into their respective lesson.
With the Rooster YouTube tools, a lot of this annoying splitting can be saved.
