Importing should notify if encoding isn't supported

I had copy/pasta a story to be imported and after importing, I noticed some of the text wasn’t selectable as lingqs.

Examples

⼈ (U+2F9D) vs 人 (U+4EBA)
⾝ (U+2F9D) vs 身 (U+8EAB)
⻑ (U+2F91) vs 長 (U+9577)

Presumably, this is because the former for each character isn’t the typical Japanese encoding. I would at least expect a warning stating that the character isn’t typically supported instead of spending time trying to figure out why I can’t select a word to verify its meaning.
