Importing audio error

I am trying to upload audio that is 27 minutes and 46 seconds long, but i’m getting the following error…

“Please correct the following error:
Field “audio”: The audio length must be between 10 seconds and 30 minutes. The audio you uploaded was 30 minutes and 20 seconds”

I was using a bit rate of 48, frequency of 22050, with a mono channel. Will changing any of the preceding values correct this. It’s definately 27 minutes 46 seconds, I verified with audacity and another tool.

update I managed to work around this by using audacity to remove silences, which shortened my audio by 20 seconds. Still strange why it didn’t work originally.

I’m glad it worked for you. That’s about all I could suggest which is to try shortening the file a little bit.
