There is a free workaround listed in the knowledge base.
The Rooster Video Tools extension (paid) for Firefox/Chrome browser supports direct import to LingQ for videos without captions. You can choose to import using LingQs Whisper Transcription (subject to 10 hour cap) or use the integrated methods which cost platform tokens.
We also support Kinodaran (no subtitles too), I havn’t done extensive testing on output but we offer a large selection of whisper providers so hopefully one handles the Armenian language well.
