Imported content not formatting correctly, ie. no punctuation, no complete sentences

Hey all,
Pretty comfortable with importing various content in general but finding lately that when I import a video (with subtitles that have punctuation) the lesson generated doesn’t have any punctuation. Lingq just puts together a certain number of words together which obviously creates problems within the lesson. I’ve combed through old threads that talk about “end sentence markers” and time stamps but I’m not seeing any obvious way to make it import correctly formatted. Any insight or how-to’s on quick editing? At this point I’m spending more time editing one lesson to be usable than actually studying. Thx.

This is auto-generated subtitles from Youtube. The subtitles actually come like that from the source.

I developed these tools to handle it

When using Rooster Video Tools

When using Rooster Playlist Importer
Can put your AI API key in to format the transcript on import or just sue the adaptive formatting (longer sentences but no punctuation breaks)
