Import vocabulary failing

Can’t get Import Vocabulary to work from the web app today. Only tried to import single words.

Do the usual thing of entering the new word into the Import dialogue, pressing submit and then refreshing the vocab page. But the only notification received is ‘No new words were added’ no matter how long I wait.

Can you make sure that you don’t have filters enabled on the Vocabulary page?

No, no filters enabled AFAICS.

I tested on my end and everything seems to work properly. Are you sure your imported terms haven’t been added? If you still have the same problem, please reach me at support@lingq.com , I will need some additional information from you. Thanks.

Actually the vocabulary database now seems to have caught up now with what I was trying to enter and seems to be working again as expected. Maybe the server process was just unresponsive for a period (still recovering from a New Year’s Eve party? :wink:) or extremely slow for some reason the other day when I reported the issue.

But all seems to be OK now.
