I would like to request a refund for my first subscription, not gonna lie i couldnt be reliefed that much with the outlay and the comparison of options between the webpage one and the app, i couldnt use the app maximally if i am not using my laptop which is not ideal for my situation, also i couldnt find much time to use the service throught out the whole period. the flashcards and how it works was kinda hard and difficult for me to understand, and it was so impossible for me to keep track of everything since i didnt get the time to manually explore everything here and try to actually get used to it. also i had been running into several issues thru the desktop app with importing and the translation and so many more things which was not clear for me how to solve them, i tried to cancel but couldnt do that either.
I tried using lingQ for the first few days as u can see after my subscription but i guess its just too hard for me…
Finally, I would love to cancel my subscription and have my account downgraded to Free, also to refund me please…
