I try to use the bookmarklet and ling extension. But I am failed to import with the pages of linkedin site in spite of the fact that I get “Importing to lingq” message without any error notifications.
For example I can’t open on Lingq the site 7 admirable start-ups that are driving social change
What kind of site pages can be imported by bookmarklet and exctention? Does some restrictions of site pages exist that can be processed by by bookmarklet and exctention?
Maybe this problem exists with https sites only.

Hmm, good question. I see it’s not working for me either. I assume it has something to do with the HTTPS, but I will inquire with our development team on this. In the meantime for these HTTPS pages it may be better to just import them the old fashioned way

Just to follow up on this one, the issue is with HTTPS sites, so for articles on LinkedIn you may just want to manually import them; otherwise the extension and the bookmarklet should work properly with non HTTPS pages

Thank you for the follow up. I think it will be a good idea to add notification that https sites are not supported for now. So you will not be bothered by the users with questions why it does not work.

Good idea! We’ll note this down
