Renewal date for your Premium Account was December 2nd. If you don’t have enough money on your Credit Card on the renewal date, you will stay on Premium for another several days, and system will try to bill you again two times. If system is still unable to bill you after that, your account is downgraded to free membership.
Your latest invoice was marked as failed today, and your account is now downgraded to FREE level. You can upgrade again anytime to pick where you left off.
