I’d lost my progress and can’t repair it.
Day 14, i completed this day. Studied a lot more than what i need. The points didn’t account correctly, and “i lost this day". Today, a missed a pop-up of repair and all was gone, no option in app, web or anyplace to repair. First: day 14 isn’t my fault.
And to make matters worse, it seems that studying at night, as I do, increases the accounting bugs. I have a lot of points and I haven’t been able to make up for the day. And I also don’t think it’s fair to spend points for a day I didn’t miss, even though I have a lot of points.
That day I experienced what seemed to be negative points; I don’t know if it was an attempt to punish me for reviewing material. I also listen to audiobooks on Audible and have to manually enter the minutes. This time practically seems to have been ignored. Just because I listen within the app doesn’t mean I don’t see the same material with a human voice outside of it, especially since I’m training myself to listen to different voices.
Other points (suggestion):
It would be much better to count accumulated study days and maintain the option for those who want to recover more days. Suppose I have an urgent need and miss 3 days. If I go back and study much more, the equivalent of 3 days + additional days, for the app it’s only 1 day? Does that make sense? It doesn’t to me.
