I don’t understand the phrase “Je vais pouvoir á me baigner”. Why á? and why not just “je vais pouvoir baigner?” or something alike.
That’s a mistake in the transcription/subtitle. The “à” shouldn’t be there, the correct sentence is " Je vais pouvoir me baigner". And this is also what the character said in the cartoon.
