Yesterday, my German streak was at around 275 day but it got reset when I changed my daily goals. I hope that can be fixed.
If it happened yesterday, you should be able to repair it yourself.
You may have to reach your 1-day streak for today for the repair button to appear.

I didn’t quite understand. When we increase the daily target, the streak resets. After that, once we’ve met the new daily target that was increased today, do we have the option to correct the streak the following day? Does this allow us to continue our streak?
When I asked a similar question months ago, I think @zoran said that wasn’t possible. That’s why I haven’t changed my daily goals. But if that’s the case, I might consider changing it. Including reducing the daily target where necessary.
Agree. That is a very strange workaround that should not require a workaround.
