I can't import my ebook to lingQ

I tried to import my ebook but lingQ threw an error message like a

Importing failed - Start tag expected, ‘<’ not found, line 1, column 1 (line 1)

Could someone tell me how to deal with this problem?

Do you have an issue with one specific ebook only? Can you send that file to support@lingq.com and we will take a look?

I have a only one ebook because I had never bought any ebooks before, so I can’t try to import another book to lingQ.

I sent a email with the book to that email from ityou.anamata@gmail.com
