I can't downgrade. What's going on?

I just tried to downgrade three times in a row, with different reasons on why I’m cancelling my subscription in an attempt to overcome the bug, and my account is still a premium with a charging date assigned.

I can’t remove my credit card information either. I just want to downgrade to basic, before I’m charged.

How should I do it?

I had the same problem a few month ago.

In my case, I had to delete my importet material. After that, cancelling my subscription was successfull.
