I can't cancel my subscription

Two months ago I changed my subscription to the 2-year plan because I couldn’t redeem a coupon if I didn’t do that. Since then I found an alternative that suits me better and changed to a free membership, but now I’ve been charged the 2-year plan and it says “Premium (changing to Free on August 12, 2025)”. Please, refund me the money and put me in the Free plan. I won’t be using the subscription.
