I can‘t cancel my membership

I bought premium for a year a couple of days ago, but I don’t use the app that much and realised that I’d don’t really need it. Could I please get a refund? At least for 11 months out of 12?

Would you please consider a refund for the unused portion of my subscription?

I find LingQ’s user interface a little too complicated and so am not confident that I’ll be able to make best use of it - being on the wrong side of 70 is probably to blame!
