I would like to downgrade my level from plus to basic because I will not have enough time to learn as I would Like at the moment. But It is somehow not possible. I tried several times this week. I can downgrage but when I tried to confirm it, it did not work. I don´t want to cancel my account because I still want to continue but unfortunately, I have many other occupations (familie, advanced trainings and full timejob), so that I don´t have enough time actually.would you please let me know, if it is a technical problem from my side or where the problem is?
