Actually, I want to improve my skill of English speaking, I am going to to take IELTS live-test. I do not have enough time to join English class. I think that speaking online will be good solution
I suggest you learn how LingQ works and use this system. Supplement it with speaking via skype with our members. Take the time to learn how to learn languages. You will benefit more than by just speaking with people on skype.
