I am downgrading as I am taking a break from language learning

Hi everyone

Lingq is trying to bill me for this month starting from 04/1/2018 but unable for the reason that there is no money in my bank account for now. I have not used the website for the last week and I am downgrading, I do not want the website to charge me anything for this month when I put any money into my bank account to use some other websites.

How can I solve this?

Should you not have downgraded before the beginning of the new month?

No problem, your January 4th invoice has been marked as failed now and your account is downgraded to Free level.
