Hyphenated words now count as one word? plus some bugs that this has introduced

@TomErikSmith @zorbital An update here. We pushed a fix regarding a hyphenated words, but the fix applies to new lessons only. We will soon run a script to apply this to old lessons too but it will take some time.

What “some time” means is anyone’s guess, but progress at least.
