I really don’t get it.
4 days ago I posted something in the Writing exchange and received a reply. Now I’ve received an email saying that I haven’t awarded all my points yet and that I should please take care of it so that the tutors receive their points and the request is considered completed.
I would really like to award points or something else, but how?
I just can’t find anywhere to reward the answer, mark it as liked or something. Only “remove post”, “import as lesson” or “comment”.
I even bought points in the hope that it would open up a new option, but nothing.
So how do I reward the reply?
Same for me. I just go the same email and would like to reward points but dont know how.
I’m used to correcting texts written in the language I master and teach. A few weeks ago, someone whose text I had corrected wrote to me: ‘Thank you for correcting my French. I don’t know how I can give you the reward point…’.
I was very surprised. I replied: ‘I don’t ask for reward points, I help people improve their French for free’.
Furthermore, I now understand that this person received a message similar to the one you’re talking about. Isn’t that strange?
How many people receive this kind of request? Are there any proofreaders who accept or ask for ‘reward points’? Maybe @zoran can explain all this?
Oh, it was definitely an automatically generated email from support@lingq.com.
Perhaps preparatory, because something new is coming or a remnant of past features? I saw in a YT video that you used to be able to give roses.
But, even though I’m glad I didn’t just play dumb, it’s still weird
This probably Should be in the support forum. @zoran Do you know what @hannarips is seeing?
