Hello dear LingQ Team,
I took the premium for the 12-month subscription a week ago. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. My most significant issue is being unable to use notifications on my iPhone. Email and LingQ inbox notifications are useless for me.
Can I get a refund due to " If you initially signed up for a Premium account, and are not satisfied at any time during the first 30 days, you are entitled to receive a full refund of your membership fee .
