So, my membership for this platform will end in next month and I want to cancel it. On the platform I checked that we can only switch to other plans but can’t cancel our membership completely. Can someone here guide me how I can make sure that I am not charged when my term is complete?

If you switch your membership type to the “free” plan, you won’t be charged any more. You can stay that way for years. I’ve done it twice.
You can still use all the features until your current membership plan ends.
