How do I Eliminate These Activity Popups (iOS)?

Is there a way to eliminate them? They are quite annoying and they appear multiple times. I do have the milestones already deactivated. Screenshots below.

I reported these as annoying many weeks ago when they first appeared. They tell me nothing of any value.

They are very annoying, especially if you’re learning many languages and do some breaks from each.
