set only reversed cards and try to reproduce the proper answer every time, not the translation of the sentence
there is a lot to say about this, but you should focus first on reproducing backwards and not on the translation

Can just shadow audio in real time

I like to, on occasion, repeat a sentence without looking at it until I can do some from memory, then try changing it a bit. I don’t know if its the most effective thing to do, but its helped me a lot with speaking.
