I’m learning the german structure and I just want to know how can I say something in german.
I know it takes time and people here are very busy but if you can please tell me how to say these things in German.

Please note:
I study → “Ich studiere” if you are a student at university. Otherwise it is “Ich lerne”. Example: “Ich studiere Germanistik.” (Which means to study German at University.) “Ich lerne Deutsch.” (Which means to learn German at school, self studying or learning in another way.)
He studies → “Er studiert” if he is a student at university. Otherwise it is “Er lernt”.

yes, I know → The translation “Ja, ich weiß …” is fine but it depends on the context. If you want to express “Yes, I know German” you would say “Ja, ich kann Deutsch.” Also it can mean “Ja, ich kenne …” and more.

The following translation are literal translations and correct but I try to provide more naturally translations and some explanation:
what is your favorite language? → “Welche Sprache magst du am liebsten?” is correct but sounds a bit formal to me. More natural is “Was ist deine Lieblingssprache?”
what is your car? → “Welches ist dein Auto?” sounds very formal. More natural is “Was für ein Auto hast du?” or “Was für ein Auto fährst du?”
what is your favorite music? → “Welche Musik hörst du gerne?” is fine. Another possibility to express this is “Was ist deine Lieblingsmusik?” or “Welche Musik magst du?”

Thank you Lucas. Please check the first two sentences again because I recognized that with all the copy and paste I didn’t put the “lerne” and “lernt” in the correct place. And I’ve added two examples.
