You need to create LingQs to maintain your streak. Logging in wasn’t enough if you haven’t reached your Daily LingQs goal.
I’ve just experienced the same problem that several LingQ users have mentioned before : yesterday I got the pop-up saying I had met my LingQ goal for the day—and I even added a couple more LingQs after that—and today I’m told that I lost my streak (it was in the 240s…). I can’t find anything on the website that allows me to repair it, which would be nice to know—especially since I did do 13+ LingQs. I’m puzzled why LingQ only recorded 12, but had given the pop-up window? For future occasions, should it happen again, can you tell us where to find the link to use our coins to repair streaks? Thanks!
@Valorie What is your username on account where you lost your streak? I see it’s not this one.
Option to repair streak should appear as a popup first time you login after your streak gets broken and you should also receive email notification to repair it.
@Zoran Thanks for your reply. When I sign in, I use my email address as my user name. Otherwise, I use Valorie on the website, under Profile and for sharing Imports. My “streak apple” in my Hebrew profile now shows the numeral 1 under it. I don’t know why there’s “916” next to the apple to the left of this post. I was at 241 or 242, I think. I did not get an email today. I did see the pop-up on my phone, but I thought it must have been an error, because yesterday, while making LingQs, I got the pop-up banner that said I’d reached my daily goal of 13 LingQs. So, when the pop-up came today asking if I wanted to repair my streak, again thinking it an error, I clicked on “not at this time.” Apparently, there’s no second chance to go to a link and spend the 5K coins to repair it? Losing the streak isn’t a huge deal to me. Disappointing yes, but not life to me. I just don’t understand how I could get the message that I reached my daily goal, then find out the next day that I didn’t.
@Valorie Sorry, I actually checked the wrong account by mistake! I just looked into your account and fixed your Hebrew streak. Let me know if you experience the same problem again.

I experienced the same problem for Finnish. I got a pop-up yesterday telling me that I had reached the daily goal, but today the streak has been

Sorry to bug ya but could you repair my streak the server didnt save initially any of my progress until the next day so it broke my 270ish day streak.

I had the same experience twice, last month and this month. I’d appreciate it if you could fix it.
Will this issue be auto-mantically fixed eventually? I lost a 200+ day streak and it has still not been restored.
