Hello guys I need help ! I would like to downgrade my account, but every time that I click to downgrade and refresh the page, my account turn back to premium. What I do ?

I checked your account and you did canceled your subscription successfully, but your account will stay on Premium until February 22nd, which is the expiration date of your current paid month. You won’t be charged again, unless you decide to switch back to Premium.
