Yes, you can downgrade and upgrade as much as you like. Your account is now downgraded to Free so you should be able to upgrade any time. What happens when you click the Upgrade button? Are you asked to input your credit card information again? When do you get the error?

@elektrofati83 - I checked into this for these additional attempts and it appears your card is continuing to be declined. Your best option is to get in touch with your bank and ask them why payments through our site are being declined. Hopefully they will be able to get this sorted out! If you run into any other issues or have further questions please let us know.

@elektrofati83 - You’re right, there seems to be something strange here. I should note that payments aren’t processed by us directly, but rather through our payment provider who stores your information securely and off of our servers. I have contacted them about this and will let you know what we hear back!
