Help! I need somebody! help! not just anybody..... etc

Help! every now and then I try to get into “my lessons” and specifically into “my archived lessons” my computer gets frozen. This has been happening since the brand new version of lingQ. Question… is it just me or what???. Browser used: mozilla firefox… Thanks a lot in advance, any help would be very appreciated.

What version of Firefox are you using?

Oh boy! I don’t know.

I suppose it is the latest one.

While the Archived search does not create error message for me, nor cause my screen to freeze, I do know that there issues in the Library. I would hope that these will be fixed in the next few days. I am sorry and appreciate your patience. Try to work around this for now. Thanks.
