Having trouble with chrome extension

Hi,

I just got the chrome extension today. It seems like it will be really useful! However, I am having trouble using for Japanese. I have tried using it on NHK, Yomiuri, and wikipedia and can’t get it to work on any of those sites. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the extension?

I find it works better on some sites than others. Send me some URLs and I will try at my end.

Thanks for the quick response Steve! Another thing to add is that I keep seeing the message: “unsupported operand type(s) for +: "NoneType" and "int".” Also, I tried using the app on a French site and still had the same problem, so it’s not just Japanese. Wonder if it’s something with my browser?
