I was thinking about this idea – What if we created group conversation on skype with 4 or more native speakers and allowed learners to join the conversation for free? I think that we create an opportunity to “observe” the language from a different angle.

Hello, but If you record this and create a transcript and put it as collection lessons that will be perfect project with benefits for all.
Access is still free, leasing is off-line too…, and guests… can give you (text mode) suggestion about topic to speaking…
