Giving help staff our login details

I have a suggestion which I really think needs to be implemented on the webite.
I sent the support team an email about a problem I had with my account and they asked if I would give them permission to login to my account and check what is wrong. And that if I agreed, to send them my username and password

I think that LingQ should add the ability for support personell to access members accounts for the purposes. I get very suspicious if a company needs me to give them my password for them to access my account on their own website.
