Hi, I was trying to buy an annual subscription with a Visa gift card but my payment got declined. Are gift cards not supported?

Ah, unfortunately debit cards won’t work sorry. You can try to upgrade via PayPal instead and attach that card to your PayPal account, that should work.

Thanks @zoran that worked. But, The Black Friday discount didn’t get applied. Is there any way you can help me at this point?

No problem, I refunded the difference to match the BF promo price.
