Hello LingQ Support Forum,
My partner bought me a LingQ gift card for $119.00 on (a year-long subscription) October 11th of this year, 2024, but I still have not received an email with the confirmation, so I haven’t been able to redeem said certificate.
It’s also not showing as premium in my LingQ account, so I surely need that email to redeem the offer.
I have emailed support twice on October 13th and October 18th, to no avail. No confirmation of receipt, no reply.
I just want to go back to learning Serbian on the only platform that seems to have useful content for it. Please let me know who else I need to email or what forum I need to post in, in order to redeem my gift card for an annual subscription.
I don’t think that waiting just over 2 weeks for a reply is OK for a business that charges more than many other online companies to learn a language. Not sure if anyone else has ran into this issue?
