Get premium -problem

  • everytime i try to purchase first pack of 13euro i get that message : Card error: Your card has insufficient funds.- meanwhile my card work perfectly fine in other websites
  • i have already got premium last year without any probleme with the same card but now i dont know what have been changed in the website
  • should i simply change the website lingq or there is a solution ?
