For good healthy

For good healthy, we have do many exsrcise and we must not eat alot, we have to eat when we feel hungry. In the age 30 years, put little salt, fat and sugar in food. Walk 30 minutes everyday is important to our body & healthy. Also eating fruits and vegetable is giving us vitamins.
