Flash Cards from Mailing List Failing in FF - Blank Screen

I am using FireFox for this test. I opened the email in Outlook, clicked on the Flash Card box and this is what I see.

@alchemist - Thanks for letting us know. We will get this fixed.

@alchemist - This issue should be resolved now. You may need to ctrl+refresh your vocabulary page to clear your browser cache.

I checked this with a new email this morning. I regret to inform you all but this is not fixed for me. I still get the Flash Card screen with nothing on it when clicking the link in the email. Also, if I am not logged in the system presents me with a login screen and then does nothing but open the vocabulary page–it does not proceed to open the Flash Card deck.

alchemist

Here is what I see in the Browser Console. It appears we have an incomplete infinite loop to me but you all are the experts.

@alchemist - It should be working. It works for me in Firefox and Chrome. Just make sure to clear you browser cache on the Vocabulary page first. You may have to cmd + refresh or ctrl +refresh on a pc a few times to clear you cache. Sometimes the browser cache can be sticky.

Hi Mark, Cache clearing worked. The Flash Card deck showed up correctly as expected. Thanks for your patience. Regards, alchemist.

Good to hear!

This operation now also appears to be much “snappier” in response to my click than it use to be. Nice job.

Glad to hear it. Yes, we made some changes there to make this work better and more quickly and that was what was caused this caching issue.
