Is there any way to search for lessons that contain certain words? It would be great to do multiple lessons that include a word I’m struggling with.

That is a good idea actually.
There is, actually, For example: Translation of hij from Dutch into English (the page shows some lessons where the Dutch word “hij” is used)
It doesn’t work for all languages though

Its not an internal solution, but what I do is use https://youglish.com his site. It pulls up youtube videos using the words requested. Bonus: it only pulls from videos with manual subtitles so it can be imported easily into Lingq.
