I also appreciated the banner yesterday that warned users about problems with streaks and that you were working on them. Very helpful in raising awareness.
This type of communication is excellent, just remember to plan and organize it to be consistent. It’s better to have more communication, more often, than less. Yes, this requires a little extra work to create a video or blog post. Or you can simply use a short post on X when you have less time, or between preparing new videos or blog posts.
More communication is useful for many things, including:
• Making us aware of new changes and options.
• Teaching us how to use new features.
• Showing that the application is not static, but that there is a lot going on.
• It’s good marketing for new and existing customers.
• Improving your social media presence.
• Improving relationships and human connection.
