I am trying to import audio files to create lessons. Every time it fails with the following messages.
- “importing lesson transcription error”
- Then “failed to import, delete and go back to library”
This is the first lesson I have tried to import into Spanish. I have a subscription to Chinese and Spanish.
I tried importing three different audio files of different sizes, but all mp3.
I tried switching from Chrome browser to Brave and got the same error.
I switched back to Chrome for the rest of this…
I tried importing a You tube vIdeo using the plugin and that worked.
I switched over to Chinese and got the same error trying to import a different audio file there.
Finally I uploaded a pdf only. That was successful, so I edited that lessons and attached a audio file. That also worked. So the error seems to be only when uploading the audio first.
Of course I want to upload audio files that don’t have pdf’s. Could you please investigate?
