Does anybody do this frequently? Can you recommend me an easier method for tech challenged dummies? I’m specially interested in extracting Chinese subtitles from Youtube channels like Mandarin Corner that have a nice selection of videos but the subtitles are embedded. I saw some hints that involve using Visual C and OCR but it required command lines and many steps. I don’t know if there is an easier way to do it or specific softwares that can have less steps. I’d appreciate if somebody could give some ideas about how to do it.
Or maybe it’s easier to just pay their contribution to get access to all PDFs or look for other channels that offer CC subtitles.
