I tried to link the video on the bulk upload post from @vernmartin but kept receiving internal server errors.
Your workflow with turboscribe seems good, but a bit long-winded and time consuming for my taste.
I made a short video describing how to import entire YouTube Channels/Playlists with a couple of clicks using the MasterLingQ Chrome Playlist Importer (Desktop) / LanguageMaster (Mobile App) suite.
