Exchange requests

I find the exchange requests extremely confusing:
I cannot see anymore whether an exchange request is public or personal: only when I see another reply I can assume it is a public request!
I cannot see how much points are offered for the request.

Is this just me or am I missing something?

It seems that Writing Exchange under Community is public and free.
Writing Correction under Tutors is private, and you must pay points
