Over the past couple of months we’ve had several reports of people being unable to post comments through on the profile page or the Friends page. However, it seems to only affect certain users and has been problematic to track down.
If you are experiencing this issue, please provide us with the following information:
Which browser are you using?
Which operating system are you using?
If you use incognito mode in Chrome, do you still get the same issue?
Which language(s) are you writing comments in?
If you are using a laptop, can you try connecting to another network to see if you experience the same issue?
We hope that answers to these questions will give us a better idea of why this is happening for certain users.
