AND CATS.

I LOVE CATS, I WANT TO KEEP IN MY HOUSE, BUT I CANNNOT DUE TO THE CONTRACT OF MY APARTMENT.

I AM PLANNING TO MOVE FROM HERE ONE YEAR LATER.

YOKO

DEAR NOTMEE,

FOR YOUR INFORMATION,

MY CLIANTS ARE ALL GREEK. I WORK FOR SHIP’S BUSINESS.
THEY CAN SPEAK ENGLISH, AND ARE NICE PEOPLE.

I HOPE I GO TO GREECE TO MEET MY CUSTOMERS.

YOKO

Yoko,
when we read, mind does not process every letter. Mind processes words, their shapes. Every word has its own shape, and all we need is just to look at the shape, the first and the last letter — voilà! we know the word.
But when you write IN CAPITAL LETTERS, it is very difficult to our minds to read this text.

Let’s see

  • shape vs. Snape
  • SHAPE vs. SNAPE
As you see, words written in capital letters look alike, and it is quite difficult to notice that they have different second letters.

Dear Cakypa,

Thanks.

I got your point.

I try to write in small letters.

Yoko

Hi Yoko,
I left a message on your wall. There are a lot of cats in Greece, but you probably know that because many Greek people like cats. Of all the places I’ve visited in Japan, Nagasaki reminds me the most of Greece-nice people and lots of cats (at least when I visited!) I’ve been to Tokyo too. Anyway, great to meet you.
