Endless Loading of Definitions

Does anyone else have this problem?

For the past four days LingQ has become painful to use. For long stretches throughout the day, word definitions completely fail to load except when with offline data is already stored. I’ve tried this on two separate devices and its the same issue. Is this a problem on LingQ’s end? The problem occurs when I use Wi-Fi and when I use phone data.

This problem has always been around, but for the past year or so it would only occur for maybe a few minutes once every few days and then return to normal. I’m writing this since I’ve never had it go on for days and days.

I can second this. Happens every now and then.

If this refers to the AI definition hanging about 25% of the time, this bug is has been around from the beginning.

There’s also the problem that the AI definition which appears is often truncated.

Someone at LingQ should have noticed this long ago and fixed it. Of course they didn’t.

I’m so used to this I hardly notice, but the AI definitions for phrases are often a word or two short. I usually end up clicking on that definition and adding the words manually if there doesn’t exist a definition other than the AI one.

@zoran Is the support team aware of this issue?
